Steinhoff is the 2nd largest furniture retailer in the world. As a Marketing Manager for all online marketing channels, I'm responsible for standardizing the way we do our international marketing and optimizing omni-channel marketing across the world. I teach our worldwide spread retail brands about online marketing with one-on-one courses and digital marketing conferences, closing the gap between online and offline and help them achieving challenging goals. I work on developing their (digital) marketing strategies and budgets, taking into account the omni-channel world they operate in.

Elegran Real Estate - New York City, USA
I've automated KPI reporting and PPC / SEM campaigns, turning daily tasks into an one-time set-and-forget event. This allowed us to make huge improvements in campaigns instead by analyzing opportunities instead of creating reports and only pausing and creating new or changed listings. Furthermore, I've built a solution that allows tracking customers in both Google Analytics and SalesForce for fully transparent ROI tracking. By teaching the IT and Content team about SEO, we grew organic traffic by double-digits. We are introducing new features to the CMS that removed many of the bottlenecks and now allows the content team to work more efficiently. Furthermore I've revamped the digital marketing strategy by introducing new traffic sources and optimizations that allowed generating more leads at lower costs, thus increasing profit.

As the ecommerce manager, I was responsible for developing and executing business plan and strategy a on a daily basis in the Dutch Market, reporting directly to the CEO.
I was managing SEA, SEO, Affiliate and E-mail marketing teams with 30+ headcount.
Next to digital marketing I've set up cooperation’s with soccer team FC Twente (main sponsor in 2015/2016 season), Groupon deals, eBay, Amazon and nation-wide supermarkets. Furthermore I created with my creative team the Radio & TV campaigns that were broadcasted nation-wide
